The … Read more This is a stunning pair of antique French louis XV Revival Vernis Martin display cabinets, circa 1880 in date. The cabinets feature shaped tops with impressive ormolu mounts, the bodies are serpentine shaped with glazed ormolu mounted doors that features fantastic Vernis Martin hand painted panels of courting couples, with the side panels depicting country scenes. Complete with original working lock and keys. It is very rare to find such an exquisite pair of cabinets that are sure to attract a lot of attention from your guests. Condition: In really excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned, polished and waxed in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
