A recently restored/renovated Biedermeier 4-drawer chest of drawers with a writing function. A writing desk that is particularly magnificently and practically crafted. Particularly distinctive and striking is the ash veneer, which is reflected in the overall appearance of the chest of drawers, as well as the inlays on the drawers, which extends across all 4 drawers and the secretary section. By folding out the first drawer panel, the secretary section with its elegant 4 small drawers becomes accessible. During the restoration, the depth of the writing desk was shortened because this was very much requested by our customers! The 4 drawers of the writing desk run smoothly and can be locked with a key! Also particularly noteworthy are the original brass fittings. The inside of the chest of drawers is sanded and fragrant! This secretary is clean, sturdy, and in pristine condition, restored and hand-polished with shellac. This is a beautiful original piece from the Biedermeier period that you should treat yourself to.
