The colors are ranging from light blue in the outskirts of the rug and gradually becomes darker and darker unti reching midnight blue in the center star of the rug. Popping accent colors making this rug vivid is purple, hot pink, and white. The high pile creates a dynamic surface that shifts slightly depending on how it's brushed. The design fuses geometric shapes with an organic starburst effect, featuring circles and a radiating star pattern. Whether used as a rug, wall hanging, blanket, or draped over a sofa or chair, this piece adds warmth and style to any space, complementing rattan chairs beautifully. Perfectly sized for beside the bed, it provides a soft, cozy landing for your feet each morning. Hand-knotted with high-quality "Kamgarn" persian wool yarn, crafted through a worsted spinning process that aligns fibers for a smoother and more refined finish than standard wool. The base of the rug is woven from a blend of wool and linen for added durability. This original high-pile abstract rya rug, created in Sweden during the 1960s, features an abstract starburst design in true Scandinavian style. Its timeless craftsmanship and striking simplicity make it a captivating addition to any home, perfect for adding character and serving as a statement piece in any room. Wear consistent with age and use. The rug is clean, with consistent length and width, though it may appear asymmetrical in photos due to camera distortion. See less
