This two tier english georgian dumb waiter table is a lovely example presented in stunning condition and displaying quality throughout with fine inlay.
dumb waiters were used in the 18th century as an adjunct to the dining table - being placed near the table so diners could reach for extra dishes without the requirement of a servant.
a superbly proportioned tripod cabriole base leg with a tapered and turned column provides support to a circular under-tier which benefits from a pleasing perimeter lip.
