This is a smaller cut glass or pressed glass honey pot, jelly jar, or sugar bowl with a matching lid. The lid has no spoon cut out. It could also be used as a ring or trinket dish or for storage of something small.
The jar measures 2.75 inches across the top, 2.00 inches across the bottom and is 2.75 inches tall at the rim. It is 4.25 inches to the top of the handle.
The jar has no tags or markings. The lid fits perfectly and it is clean and clear with a very traditional design. It could be useful in the kitchen, bathroom or at the dinner table.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage.
