Framed oil on masonite board paintings mounted in distressed gold leaf wood frames. Each panel features a whimsical Asian motif scene of figures engaged in leisurely activities with an intriguing Jade green lacquer ground having a heavily textured finish. The panels are set in thick frames measuring nearly 4.5 feet high. Each site measures 13.5 inches wide by 49 inches high. The frames have a weathered patina contrasted by the dark paintings in the Asian aesthetic. Sold as a set of four. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
