Lovely original watercolor by renowned NC artist Stephen Sebastian. This watercolor was painted in the 70s-80s. Mr. Sebastian stopped working in watercolor at least 25 years ago. I have spoken to him regarding this painting and he believes this was a home in New England, but doesn't remember for sure. He does, however, confirm it's authenticity.
I love the way Sebastian has captured the shadows of leaves on the siding, the yard, the roof.... it's real beauty by an internationally acclaims artist!
