Antique late 19th century impressionist folk art oil painting depicting a winter landscape scene complete with snow covered trees in a forest surrounding a river. Signed by the artist A. Card in the bottom left, with a description on the back that seems to say "The Poach / First Fall of Snow". Framed in a handsome solid giltwood frame.
Condition is as shown in photos, with minor damage due to age. Please note minor rippling, small tearing towards the bottom, and a small dent towards the top.
