We inherited this from my parents. It was part of their "display" (or FAKE as I called it) dining room for 35+ years.. If you know any Eastern Europeans, this seemed to be common practice once they purchased nice homes. At the time this was a pretty expensive piece and is very heavy.
There are some MINOR scratches on the top due to the finish being very sensitive but they are hardly noticeable. you can only see them in the right light but it IS scuffed.
As can be seen the top slides apart and the buffet is on wheels.
The distressed features you see are part of the design.
I have also listed a matching dining table and side table.
I had to list US as country of origin BUT I DO NOT KNOW FOR CERTAIN.
