A finely crafted Ethan Allen by Baumritter Early American Collection buffet/dresser, produced in Vermont circa 1965–1969.
This piece exemplifies Ethan Allen’s solid wood craftsmanship, featuring solid maple and birch construction with dovetail drawers, arched panel cabinet doors, and original antiquated brass Chippendale hardware in the Nutmeg Maple finish.
One top drawer retains its original burgundy felt liner printed “Ethan Allen Early American by Baumritter,” intended for jewelry or silverware storage. The piece is branded “Ethan Allen by Baumritter – Made in Vermont” and includes the original “Ethan Allen Early American Furniture” factory care booklet.
