This 18th century carved and dated oak chest retains its old surface with warm patina. Truly one of a kind, the front is carved with the initials I.D. and date 1742. It includes early brasses (not original). The rectangular hinged top opening to a well above a case fitted with two molded panel doors and three drawers below, raised on shaped bracket feet. Sides with raised panels and ogee bracket feet.
