It was written in response to the Omagh bombing in 1998 in Northern Ireland. The band performed this song during The Elevation Tour in 2001 for the telethon "America: A Tribute to Heroes". The telethon was produced to raise money for victims of the September 11 attacks. In February 2024 they performed this song in Las Vegas in response to the war in Middle East. See less
