A fine antique Edwardian mahogany Chippendale Revival carved cabinet on stand, circa 1895.
This fine antique two section mahogany display cabinet, with the top section having an architectural pierced pediment with a carved 'blind' fretwork frieze below. The cabinet with a single astragal glazed door enclosing a single shelf, this is flanked by pairs of twin columns supporting two shelves, each with a pair of mirrors to the back, above is a pair of turned urn shaped finials.
The base is a serpentine shaped table with a single drawer also carved with blind fretwork, the tapered legs with pierced Chinese Chippendale style corner brackets, the legs are joined with twin curved stretchers and raised on spade feet.
This very elegant antique mahogany cabinet is in excellent antique condition and is ready to grace your space.
