The vinyl seats have scratches, scuffs, minor holes, and tears. The iron bases have scratches, chips, oxidation, patina, some surface rust, and worn finish. The swivel mechanisms all work as they should. This set could be used as is, but also would make a great restoration project. There is no makers mark.
