Made in a rich cherry finish and featuring columnar legs fitted with decorative brass caps at the top and base and a single drawer with solid brass ring pulls in a classical medallion motif. An eye-catching polished brass X-stretcher connects the back legs, a detail that is both structural and highly decorative, and centered by an ornate rosette medallion. A serpentine-curved undershelf provides additional display opportunity for books, art objects, or baskets.

In great condition except for the top surfaces that display numerous fine scratches and light surface scuffs to the lacquer finish, consistent with its age and history. Because of its high shine they are not too distracting and only add a layer of authentic vintage patina but it could be professionally refinished, if so desired. See less
