The rich, warm lustre of walnut makes this coffee table a versatile addition to a conversational grouping, where it can double as a bench when more friends join the party. A slight Asian influence in the design sets the table apart from other slab-and-leg designs and gives the table an airy aspect. Designed by Tom Shiner, FAIA, the table is sturdily built to last a lifetime.
Shiner studied furniture design at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art in Copenhagen and founded the company MUSEUM & LIBRARY FURNITURE.
