Store Item: Pair of KINDEL Winterthur Collection Mahogany Clawfoot Dinning Arm Chairs Silk Fabric
Description: Reproduced from a Philadelphia 18th century Queen Anne chair found in the Winterthur Museum collection. This extremely high end set includes 2 arm chairs. Late 20th century, mahogany, shaped crest rail with relief carved shell, curved and cut panel back splat, shaped arms, shaped slip seat, molded seat rail, front cabriole legs with acanthus carved knee on ball and claw feet, labeled Kindel. Upholstered in a green silk striped fabric. These chairs retailed for around $6,000 a chair when they were new.
Condition Report: Very good condition with some sun fade, scratches and scuffs as expected with usage. Repair noted to one of the arms.
Measurements: 43" H x 26" W x 22" D, seat height 18.5 in.
