Raised overseas as the daughter of an artist and a U.S. Army Colonel, Borum grew up surrounded by the art and architecture of Europe and the Middle East. These early influences shaped her classical style, which can be seen across her work in oil paintings, porcelain, and bronze sculpture. Her monumental bronze horse sculptures are permanent installations in Southern California cities, and her work is collected by both private buyers and urban developers.
