Striking 5-piece antique French salon suite from the late 19th century, comprising a carved walnut canapé (settee) and four bergère armchairs. The set reflects a refined blend of Louis XV and Louis XVI styles, with elegant proportions and cohesive detailing that create a balanced, inviting seating arrangement.
The suite includes two more curvaceous Louis XV–style bergères and two more structured Louis XVI–style chairs, offering subtle variation while maintaining a harmonious overall look.
All five pieces are upholstered in a rich deep red tufted fabric with subtle gold accents, adding warmth, texture, and visual depth. The carved walnut frames showcase fine craftsmanship and retain a soft, attractive patina.
