Gorgeous and rare! This vintage rattan lounge set by luxury brand McGuire of San Francisco is both seldom for sale and sought after by collectors. This set that includes an extra deep and wide lounge chair and matching ottoman, both in excellent condition. Featuring the expert craftsmanship McGuire is known for with a light brown rattan frame and complementary light colored leather bindings. The upholstery is muted leopard print fabric, that is slightly textured and also in excellent condition.
This is a generously proportioned and extremely comfortable lounge set- all cleaned and ready to relax in! Brass makers plaques on chair & ottoman, also has the pearl “M” signifying McGuire’s highest level of quality pieces. A McGuire ad from 1957 shows this set’s design in a magazine.
