It is not often … Read more This is a perfect example of a ~1920's Art Deco period antique cast iron fireplace surround. It is not often that you find such a piece of Art Deco era architectural salvage, much less one in such immediately usable condition! It is full of straight lines, indicative of that period, and has cast into the iron squares and X's -- all straight lines. Being Art Deco, it obviously would fit very well into a contemporary style setting as well.

I tried to capture all the relevant measurements but let me know if I missed something. These are included in the photos.

Again, please refer to the photos, but the exterior width is ~ 23 1/4" wide. The exterior height is about 27 1/2" tall. The interior opening measures about 23 1/4" x 16 1/4. It measures about 3 1/2" deep. See less
