Designed by the renowned designer and architect poul henningsen in 1958, the ph 5 is still manufactured by louis poulsen today. The lamp's form is based on the principle of a reflective system, which directs light not only downward but also sideways, illuminating the lamp itself. Thanks to its design, the ph 5 emits a diffused, glare-free light with a warm tone.
