Stunning mid-century modern octagonal glass ceiling mount fixture from limburg, germany's leading glasswork, renowned for its premium and modernist lighting products (germany, 1960s). Perfectly works as an impressive wall lamp as well. Cobweb shaped black "iron" inlaid in transparent textured glass on polished brass base. The geometric design casts a wonderful light (see pictures). Great design & high quality.
rewired (hardwired) and ready to use (compatible in all countries europe, us, uk, etc.). Requires 1 x e27 bulb (e26 in the us), max 75w. Led compatible. Width: 28 cm/11''; depth: 28 cm/11''; height (from ceiling/wall): 18 cm/7.1''. Very good vintage condition. Light wear and patina consistent with age and use. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
