Striking design from the Tyrol region of the Austrian, Swiss and Italian Alps. Solid oak hand-crafted frames which were built for the small alpine chalets. These chairs were part of daily life when gathering with family for meals, or sharing music and stories among friends. This wonderful set of four Brutalist Tyrolean or Swiss Mountain chairs is in very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
