The iconic “bistro” cafe chair, originally designed in the mid-1900s in Europe by Thonet, has a simple design with elegant curves using minimal pieces of steamed bent wood - a hallmark of all Thonet-style bentwood chairs. This rare set of eight matching dining chairs made from hickory and beech wood feature round wooden seats and have beautiful vintage character.

CONDITION
Very good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Paper Drevounia Made in Czechoslovakia labels on underside of seats.
