The Duelle sconces are real brass and have slight patina in certain places. patina can easily be cleaned up with a brass cleaner.. all natural unlacqeured brass.patinas over time as this set of 2 has. They were installed for 10 minutes (and then uninstalled) when the client and designer chose another set of sconces instead.
