Beautiful mid century Murano art glass bowl/ashtray designed by Dino Martens for Murano Glass house Aureliano Toso (Italy, 1950s/1960s). Hand blown colorful glass from the “Tutti Frutti” series. Decorated with multiple complex, distinctive and refined Murano art glass techniques (Murrine canes, Zanfirico white and Latticino with silver leaf fleck inclusions). Perfectly works as a small bowl, a vide poche, a catchall, an ashtray or just as a decorative piece.
Width: 12 cm/4.7''; depth: 9 cm/3.5''; height: 4 cm/1.6''. Excellent vintage condition. No chips, no cracks. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
