These georgeous chairs are solid and sturdy, and the back rest is intricaltely hand carved floral vine motif with a clam shell at center, combined with cabriole legs with acanthus leaf carved knees with ball and claw feet. Wear consistent with age and use. The seats are not professionally upholstered but the chairs are solid and beautiful with classic chippendale details.
