1960s-70s rare Norman Laliberte 1776 Tapestry, featuring historical events as its subject. This large multi-color wool tapestry, measuring 35" in length and 70" in height, is signed by artist Norman Laliberte. Handmade original piece captures an abstract style with a production technique of tapestry, making it a unique and valuable addition to any art collection. Signed with initials NL on the front and hand signed and marked 1/750 on the back. Looks like an edition number but this is handmade and I have never seen another. Can hand with a pole (not included) from the tabs on the top. Good vintage condition with 2 discoloration spots on the upper right corner.
