Luxuriance! An antique French bureau plat, from late 19th century, featuring ornate gilt-bronze mounts Louis XV Style
Modeled after the original period Louis XV bureau plat, this majestic French desk will bring sophistication and class to any office, executive suite or living room. It will be an attention grabber.
It is both sides decorated, only one side has actual drawers. It is highly detailed all around with bronze statues and detailed fixtures.
The top of the desk is mostly covered with black leather that is adorned with a subtle foliate embossing along the edges (see photos). The mahogany veneer encircles the leather and continues on all sides of the desk.
The table has 4 thick legs , the legs have some damage to the veneer that need to be replaced by a professional (see pictures).
