The solid wood frame has been lightly refinished at some point, maintaining its original warm tone and highlighting the sculptural Danish lines Kofod-Larsen is known for. The cane backrest is recently restored with no breaks or sagging. The seat has been re-strapped with Pirelli premium rubber webbing for support and features a newer, high-quality upholstered cushion in a soft textured blue fabric that complements the frame perfectly. Minor age-appropriate wear to the wood surface, consistent with careful use and the chair’s age. Overall, sturdy, comfortable, and ready for another lifetime of use — a timeless example of mid-century Danish craftsmanship. less
