Estate 18K solid gold large domed cocktail ring. Very detailed and extremely fine filigree twisted wire design accented with natural turquoise and sapphires gems. This ring is meticulously made with attention to fine details throughout. This ring is studded with 0.70CTS of cabochon cut, sky blue turquoise and 1.50CTS of faceted ink blue sapphires, all set into solid heavy 18K yellow gold.
The round brilliant cut sapphires and cabochon turquoise measure up to about 3.5MM wide.
This top part of the ring measures 19MM X 24.5MM (shank to shank).
