The dramatic sofa features … Read more Iconic large Roche Bobois Mah Jong modular sectional sofa designed in the midcentury by Hans Hopfer. The dramatic sofa features Kenzo Takada (Japanese 1939-2020) and Missoni fabrics circa 2015. Designed in France and hand-made in Italy the set consists of 19 elements or pieces offering infinite design possibilities in a chic mosaic of color, tapestry, texture, and design. The sofa set includes 11 square seat cushions measuring 39 x 39 inches. 6 back support cushions (one with adjustable top), and 2 corner pillow cushions. Each cushion is entirely constructed and sewn by hand in a dedicated workshop. The beautiful patterns on the Takada fabrics were inspired by Japanese kimonos used in the Noh theater. The sofa is in very good condition given age and use with vibrant colors and soft fabric material. Measurements taken as seen in photo #1. More photos available on request. The grand sofa is located at our California warehouse available ready for delivery and installation. Sold as a set 19 piece set. One square pillow does not have a zipper or labels applied to it.

Condition: Good, wear consistent with age and use. Repaired: old repairs. Beautifully crafted in well-preserved condition with age appropriate wear as seen in photos. Very minor fading with some light stains which are difficult to see and old repairs. No rips, tears, or losses. See less
