This incredibly elegant and unique organic lamp was designed by tommaso barbi and produced in italy during the 1970s. It is signed on the bottom. Fully original and in fantastic vintage condition. The lamp has a rectangular body in black laminated wood, enriched on both sides with geometric bamboo inserts. It is completed by a rectangular burgundy lampshade, lined internally with premium mirrored gold foil which. The neck and structure are made of solid brass, with two e26/e27 light sockets. The lamp comes wired and tested, compatible with both us and eu/uk standards. The effect when lit is simply breathtaking, casting a warm and sophisticated light. An incredibly stylish and elegant piece, perfect to complement a mid-century modern living room or a contemporary interior project.
