Oil painting on canvas by Edward Barton (1936). Measures 40*50 cm.
Known for luminescent seascape painting on linen and canvas, Edward Barton is entirely self-taught as an artist. He was born on June 24, 1926 in New York, and makes his home in California.
He is a member of the American Institute of Fine Arts, California and listed in American Artists of Renown. His painting Sinking of Atlantis is being exhibited around the world and his work can be found in private and corporate collections.
