These pieces capture the British-club elegance and deep, relaxed comfort that defined RH’s golden design era.

Both are upholstered in 100% Belgian Linen Sand, featuring RH’s signature 44″ Luxe depth, hand-tufted Chesterfield back, and rolled English arms. Built by RH’s original vendor (Code 6971) and filled with a feather-foam blend for that signature lived-in comfort.

The Apartment Luxe was designed for smaller city rooms while the Grand Luxe served as the full statement piece. RH discontinued both the 10′ and 6′ frames after 2014, making this pairing an increasingly scarce example of Oulton’s original Restoration Hardware collaboration.

Condition is excellent — no stains, discoloration, or sagging.
The Grand features one discreet, professionally restitched tear beneath a seat cushion and a corresponding cushion repair; both invisible in use. Recently steam-cleaned, sanitized, and stored in a climate-controlled, smoke-free studio.

This set represents the complete Kensington scale range — a collector’s snapshot of Restoration Hardware’s pre-modern craftsmanship, admired for its proportions, materials, and timeless design.

Produced in 2013 during Timothy Oulton’s celebrated collaboration with Restoration Hardware, these Kensington Luxe sofas represent the height of RH’s handcrafted era — before production scaled down and the oversized frames were discontinued.

Both sofas have been preserved in near-new condition, maintaining the deep 44″ Luxe comfort and linen texture that defined Oulton’s vision of modern British luxury. See less
