Offered here is an 82-piece silverplate flatware set in the “Countess II” pattern (introduced 1936) by Simeon L & George H Rogers Company, Oneida Ltd. The design features elegant vertical paneling with delicate floral scrollwork, reflecting the refined Art Deco style of the 1930s.
This service was originally produced for 8 place settings and is nearly complete—only one demitasse spoon is missing from making it a full 8-place service. It still includes a generous selection of serving pieces and comes housed in its original wooden flatware chest with salmon-colored anti-tarnish lining.
