With a higher opening than the PIZZAIOLI and BUENA VENTURA models, the Lume Alto Tudo accommodates a spit for mouthwatering rotisseries. The mesmerizing fire inside creates a captivating ambiance, akin to a fire feature or a charming fire pit.
Premium Craftsmanship: At Authentic Pizza Ovens, we take pride in delivering top-notch quality. Our ovens are crafted with AUTHENTIC BRICK, not CLAY, setting us apart from competitors. Handmade in Portugal, each oven undergoes a triple-insulation process, ensuring a cool-to-the-touch exterior while maintaining a blazing hot interior. The inner layer of authentic fire brick and mortar is embraced by our OWN INTERNATIONAL PATENT Rockwool Insulation, secured with metal batting, and finally enveloped by a layer of refractory cement.
Impressive Hardware: The upgraded Lisboa model comes equipped with premium hardware, featuring a black NON-RUST CAST ALUMINUM door, a chimney cavity, and a STAINLESS STEEL chimney. The door is designed with a high-heat viewing window, allowing you to monitor your culinary creations with ease.
Unparalleled Package Inclusions: Each Lume Alto Tudo Oven Package includes premium offerings, such as a cast PREMIUM HIGH-GRADE ALUMINUM Chimney with a 6" high STAINLESS STEEL spout and flu/damper (measuring 6"h x 5.5"w), along with optional 38" pipe extensions and cap. You'll also find a versatile Ceramic Portuguese Baking Dish (10" x 14.5" x 3") ideal for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more. A precise Thermometer (0-500°C) ensures precise cooking, while Ultra Fire provides a patch kit to address any superficial cracks that may develop over time.
