Antique Persian Heriz hand woven rug / rug dating from about 1910 with a well-spaced geometric design and archaic tribal look.

Size: 9ft 8 ins x 13 ft.
Heriz rugs, woven in East Azerbaijan province, are very hard wearing partly due to traces of copper in the drinking water of sheep in the area, producing high quality wool.
