This piece is not only an object of religious devotion, but also a valuable decorative element due to its craftsmanship.

The font is signed on the back with the inscription "Art. Abruzzese Mignini Nereto," certifying its provenance from a quality traditional artistic workshop.

The piece is richly decorated with vibrant enamels. The central motif depicts the Madonna and Child in an idealized niche, framed by architectural elements such as columns and polychrome floral decorations. The holy water basin is located at the base.
