Decorative, elegant, large gallery table. Switzerland, 1989. Designed by Hans Eichenberger for the Röthlisberger collection. Postmodern, simple design. High-quality materials.
Rectangular tabletop with wood veneer, black beveled edge. This gives the oversized table a very elegant and light appearance. The tabletop is glazed.
Removable, screwed-on thick wooden legs.
"Swiss designer and interior architect Hans Eichenberger (1926-2024) was famous for his straightforward designs in the postmodern style. His works are exhibited in renowned museums.
MOMA New York, VITRA Design Museum in Weil am Rhein
Museum für Gestaltung, Zurich.
Eichenberger was a member of the Swiss Werkbund and received the Swiss "Grand Prix Design" in 2016.
