Stencil painting on lithograph depicting a three-master on a rough sea, countersigned G Fouillé, preceding a naval anchor.
Georges Fouillé (1909-1994) was a marine painter, appointed official naval painter in 1947. The naval anchor under the countersignature indicates his status as official painter.
