Antique Hitchcock dining chairs with original rush seats. These iconic chairs have wonderful proportions. Painted black with gold and bronze stenciled detailing, harvest basket design with subtle green and orange tones. Matching set includes two arm chairs and 4 side chairs, truly a rare find. These chairs are original and unaltered. Made in Connecticut, we believe mid to late 19th century.

18" seat height (19-1/4" seat width, 15" seat depth)
In good sturdy antique condition - wear consistent with age and use. Overall wear and surface scratching. A few chairs have areas of damage on the Rush seats. Please see photos for condition details.
