The piece embodies the loza verdimorada palette—green and manganese-black decoration over a white tin glaze—that has defined Teruel pottery since the 14th century.

The albarello-shaped base is painted freehand with bold black linework, enclosing panels of stylized medieval motifs: a long-necked bird, swelling seed pods, and a bearded face framed within a medallion. These designs, executed with confident brushstrokes, reflect the expressive revival style pioneered by Domingo Punter Loscos and carried on by his workshop, translating medieval Aragónese symbols into a vivid modern idiom.

The terracotta clay remains visible at the foot, bearing the inscription “PUNTER”, a direct mark of authenticity. The base is paired with a custom shade in green, black, and white tweed weave with passementerie trim, complementing the glaze and casting a warm, atmospheric glow.
