Each lamp is blown in luminous opalino white glass with spiral rigadin (diagonal ribbed) decoration, a traditional Murano technique that creates elegant, textured striping. The sculptural glass bodies are mounted on brass-plated bases with matching collars, both displaying a warm vintage patina.

The dual-lighting feature allows the lamps to function in three distinct ways. The glass body itself can be illuminated from within, glowing softly like a lantern. The upper bulb provides practical task lighting, while the two sources can also be used together for a layered and dramatic effect. This unusual versatility enables the lamps to shift effortlessly between ambient mood lighting and functional illumination.
