We are pleased to offer this beautiful antique French Louis XV Demi-lune / commode, made by Berman Furniture from the 1900s.
This commode is made of Walnut & satinwood inlay, featuring a marble top, one small dovetailed drawer on the top beautifully inlaid and comes with original key & two floral inlay large dovetailed drawers on the bottom.
All drawers are with original handles, drawers are clean and they slide in and out smoothly.
Two fronted side doors reveals one shelf inside, and just above it there is a hidden drawer ( one on either side).
To open the hidden drawer you will need to open the bottom door first and click the lock that is located underneath the drawer ( please see pictures ).
Supported by four sturdy legs.
Completely restored ( Refinished hand French polish), very sturdy and in very good Condition.
Original Marble top is in very good condition.
