Marie de Lignerolles is a French artist, designer and colourist whose work emphasizes line drawing and the use of colour.

Following her education, she embarked on a professional journey working in various creative studios, including the famous fashion house Hermès. This new series explores the transition from figuration to abstraction, taking inspiration from the simple, everyday forms found in the work of artist Giorgio Morandi. By reinterpreting familiar objects, the artist deconstructs their tangible reality, inviting viewers to see beyond the ordinary and into a more abstract, essential representation of form and space.
