Very heavy/large, versatile, unique drafting/artists table with ability to raise or lower, via a foot pedal(assisted by counterweight) pitch from approx. 85% degrees to roughly 5%

I was told this unique piece was purchased at the Paris swap meet. I have no records or proof of this story.
