PRESENTING a LOVELY French Andre Francois Limoges Art Deco Lidded Bowl in SUPERB condition.
This is a lidded bowl or tureen made in Limoges France circa 1930 in the CLASSIC Art Deco Style.
It consists of white porcelain with geometric florets in purple and yellow with gold accents, with gold edging.
Fully and properly marked on the base: “Limoges A.F. France …. Porcelaines Limoges Francois (inside a double circle)’. THe inside of the lid is marked with the Model Number ‘2805’.
The maker is Andres Francois.
Made in La Seynie, France (40km south of Limoges) by the artisans and craftsmen at Andre Francois (A.F.) Limoges, c 1922-1934,
Provenance: From a Wealthy Dallas Estate.
