This signed "Handcrafted in France" has all the hallmarks of an excellent example of the Murano Art Deco Era.
These features both a beautiful cut-out base, AND Solid brass dolphin feet.
These can be described by anything BUT ordinary. Made in the 1930s, this pair or exquisitely detailed white spatter-glass that will NEVER fade.

I would consider these in excellent vintage condition. I have made no attempts to clean and polish the brass detailing, as I always keep our pieces in original condition, so you will see some discoloration and light scratching on the base, however, with a little bit of elbow grease, I would mark them in near-mint condition.and. There is natural fading on outside gold paint detail (please refer to the photos), however not enough to affect the impact of the design.
